These new machines represent the beginning of an exciting evolution in our finishing process, with each batch helping refine and elevate the next.
Because each unit is finished by hand, you may notice minor cosmetic characteristics such as light surface marring, subtle discoloration, or small handling marks. These are aesthetic only and are a natural result of our handcrafted production process. They do not affect the performance, precision, durability, or reliability of your machine.
We view these early machines as the foundation of what is to come. While our finishing methods will continue to improve over time, every machine is built to the same uncompromising functional standards and is fully intended to perform as designed.
As these cosmetic variations are an expected characteristic of our small-batch, handcrafted process, they are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Thank you for supporting American craftsmanship and being part of the next chapter of DK Rotary. Your support allows us to continue refining our finishing processes producing new and exciting finishes with every batch!
