How long does it take to complete an order?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping time in transit will depend on the shipping option you chose at checkout and UPS pickup schedule. Business days are Mon. – Fri. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

What should I expect if there is a problem with my order?

Return Window: Products must be returned within 20 days of purchase.

Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received and undamaged.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to most returns.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for manufacturer defects.

Return Process: Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, with the goal of customer satisfaction.​

How long does shipping usually take?

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (US): 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout via a third-party to speed up customs. You may need to provide your VAT/Tax number. No extra payments are needed after checkout. UPS handles paperless shipping and retains your invoice
     

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.  For international orders we use a third party program to calculate the duties and taxes for your country. Once they are paid in your cart, you will not need to pay them again. If customs is asking for you to pay duties/taxes please contact us so we can help you.
