Warranty Coverage

Dan Kubin rotary tattoo machines come with a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Material faults

• Electrical or mechanical failure due to normal use

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Unauthorized disassembly or modification

• Cosmetic wear (scratches, plating fade, etc.)

• Damage from liquids, dropping, or improper voltage

• Normal wear-and-tear parts (e.g. springs, o-rings, hardware)

Repair Options (In or Out of Warranty)

Even if your machine is outside the 1-year warranty, Dan Kubin’s team often offers repair services for a fee. Common services include:

• Replacing or tuning motors

• Restoring worn parts

• Troubleshooting performance issues

Shipping costs for sending the machine in are typically your responsibility.
