Description
DK eye opener 1/4” Thumbscrew
For Sidewinder V4, 5, and 6
Swinger and Swingliner V1
DMC V1 and 2
 
9/16” DK Eye opener thumbscrew
For all  MC models,
Sidewinder V1, 2, 3, V3r, V7, 46er

This thumbscrew has a crown on the end that is there to open up the needlebar loop for those brands of needles that fit too tight on the bar.
If the loop is too tight, the machine will be prone to spitting.

* Please note: it is very rare for a thumbscrew to strip out.
On this design, the threads on the frame were prone to stripping out.  Please submit a repair form on the site to repair the threads with a stainless steel threaded insert
