Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping time in transit will depend on the shipping option you chose at checkout and UPS pickup schedule. Business days are Mon. – Fri. We do not ship to PO Boxes. For international orders we use a third party program to calculate the duties and taxes for your country. Once they are paid in your cart, you will not need to pay them again. If customs is asking for you to pay duties/taxes please contact us so we can help you.
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products and want our customers to be satisfied with them. In order to be eligible for a return or refund, you must return the product within 20 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it in and undamaged in any way. In general there is a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost is not refundable.
